All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours.

• your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster).
• customer change his mind
• find the same item cheaper in another place
• using the item
• products that have a note "Items can't be returned once purchased "in the description
• Items Size is Small or Large

Note: If the customer would you like to change the item even the above circumstances are met, customer will pay the return fees which is AED 20
